I’m one of those girls who is usually the only single one in her group of friends and I cannot count the number of times I’ve been asked why I haven’t just gotten a boyfriend already and all I do is shrug my shoulders. Because how do I say point-blank to them that all of my almost-boyfriends have lacked a little something. It might be the littlest thing, but it just isn’t there. The most recent issue for me now has been my wanting to be with someone who wants to spend as much time with me as much as I want to with him. When I ask if you’d like to stay over and chill, NO, “but I slept here” is anything but a valid answer. I might be about to lose this almost-boyfriend.
